What People's Say About Place

Service could improve by the young staff there & be more outspoken to make everyone feel more welcomed. My soup was delicious! I went again for round 2 on a date

This place is freaking awesome! I ordered the spicy miso ramen and it hit the spot. It was flavorful and there was plenty! My wife ordered the vegan ramen. She asked for it to be spicy and they were able to make that happen for her. She loved hers sooo much! With all of that said, we left with our bowls completely empty. We also ordered the taro and Thai teas and those were also really good. The staff are attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is amazing! 10/10 and will come back again!

Amazing! I enjoyed the warm, authentic style ramen. My daughters are one of the pickiest eaters out there and they loved it. Manager and waitresses were kind and professional! Definitely recommend. Fun menu items like the Naruto Ramen, Musubi and Loco Moco

Came across this place while on a walk in search for a place to eat lunch and wound up here! Quaint, clean and pleasant atmosphere! I had the Tuna Poke bowl and a matcha latte and it was delicious! K.O. Provided excellent service and was very personable! A very nice surprise while in downtown Jacksonville! Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty Ramen or Poke bowls! Will definitely be back!

Hubby and I went to Hakata Downtown for the first time and our experience was quite nice and cozy. We were not bothered about the tipping upfront since you pay when you order and also, we could have paid cash and tipped after, so that was not an issue at all. The food was one of the better ones we’ve tried in the area. My husband loved his tonkatsu ramen broth and I enjoyed my spicy miso ramen. The pork belly & loin were tasty and soft. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The temperature could be a bit warmer due to the cold weather but other than that, presentation was great! The hot tea was a plus and the service was delightful. We will be back again.

Came by and tried the spicy miso ramen with pork belly and Thai tea with brown sugar boba. Their shop is cute, though very small inside. Pros: Ramen was delicious. Great portion of meat for your bowl, the broth was so good and it was hot and fresh. The thai tea was good. Cons: Compared to other local shops, very expensive. It was $54 for two bowls of ramen and two teas. The brown sugar boba was probably the worst boba Ive ever had, which was a shock. Overall, Id be back but I definitely won't be getting the boba lol.
